User Terms and Conditions: 

Users shall mean any natural person or legal entity who has registered as a User on ETA's website. To register, you must be a natural person who has attained the legal age of eighteen (18) years or a legally incorporated business or company in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. This website is not made available to persons who are categorized as incompetent to enter into a contract under Singapore law, including but not limited to minors, undischarged bankrupts etc. ETA reserves the right to terminate your registration or otherwise refuse access to the website if it is brought to our attention that the User is in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event you register as a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept these terms and conditions and you have the authority to bind the business entity to the terms and conditions set out herein. In this regard, ETA reserves the right to request that you provide a letter of authorization from the business entity you are representing. 

Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information including display name, password and other personal information in a safe and secure manner. In addition, Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their accounts. 

Each User represents, warrants and agrees that: 

1. Such information and material whether submitted during the registration process or thereafter throughout the continuation of the use of the website is accurate, true, current and complete; and
2. User will undertake to maintain and promptly amend all information and/or material to keep it true, current and complete. We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly in whatsoever way for any loss or damages as imposed as a result of Users’ failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

ETA Privacy Policy: 
When dealing with the company, either as a client, supplier or a reader, you could be asked at various times to provide information including but not limited to, details such as your name, company name, position, e-mail address, mailing address or other similar information about you. This information that we keep could have been provided by you when; you visit our stand at a trade exhibition; when our company representative meets with you and you provide a business card; when you complete an electronic form on a website; or when you browse pages on our websites. Your reason for connecting with our company may have been: 

• Business sales
• Readership
• Supplies
• Magazine subscription
• E-newsletter subscription
• Competition entry
• Educational trip application
• Site inspection requests
• Similar applications to the above

Our website may employ a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information related to how the site is being used including data such as pages visited and inferred preferences. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as is required and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. Any particularly sensitive information such as credit card number is encrypted (encoded so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secured server) prior to transmission, provided that the user accesses our site with a browser that supports at least a 128-bit encryption.  

ETA may store and disclose any information allowed or required by applicable law or when deemed advisable by us. This means that we may make disclosures that are necessary or advisable to conform to legal and regulatory requirements or processes and to protect the rights, safety and property of us, users of the site and the public.
